Yoga for Every Body

A MSW, RYT 500 and Kripalu certified yoga teacher, Karen has enjoyed yoga for over 20 years. She guides gentle and moderate yoga classes in a safe and supportive environment allowing students to work at their own pace. She brings joy, compassion, and awareness of her students, and an ability to adapt or modify postures in effort to meet individual needs.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat, water bottle and signed Release Form.
