STRATUS | Simulation Workshop

Non-technical skills (situation awareness, decision-making, leadership, communication, and teamwork) are essential for safe surgical care, yet these skills are rarely taught or formally assessed.

Join STRATUS & Harvard Medical School in this unique, 2-day master class to learn with and be coached by internationally-renowned experts and thought leaders in the field. The course will focus on realistic interventions to improve non-technical skills in the operating room. Day 2 (6/2) of the course will offer a fully immersive simulation experience to reinforce and improve your non-technical skills.

Participants will earn up to 12.25 AMA PRA Category 1 credits. Max. capacity: 12; must participate in Day 1 event to be eligible for Day 2
