In this timely seminar, Matthew Paradise, Education and Development Team Lead and Trainer for American Consumer Credit Counseling, will provide practical information and answer questions in regards to understanding credit reports and credit scores. This program is sponsored by the BWH Center for Faculty Development & Diversity, in collaboration with RTN Federal Credit Union.
Matthew Paradise has more than seventeen years of experience in the field of financial literacy. In his current role with American Consumer Credit Counseling, he leads a team of financial educators who teach personal finance throughout New England. He has co-authored various financial education resources, including ‘The Consumer Financial Emergency Survival Kit,’ with the Federal Reserve Bank, and ‘The High Cost Guide,’ with the FDIC. Matthew is the chair of MassSaves, a statewide network that promotes financial education and asset-building. He also serves as President of Massachusetts Jump$tart Coalition, which focuses on financial literacy for pre-k to college.
